This Privacy Policy is published and maintained by Sprinkle Social in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy and to describe the information-gathering and dissemination practices for (the “Site”).  Sprinkle Social is a brand owned and managed by Ace & Ivy LLC.

    Each time you access the Site and / or Sprinkle Social’s Social Media Pages, you accept this Privacy Policy, as may be amended from time to time.

    When you set up a user account or place an order on the Site, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, email address, and telephone number.  Sprinkle Social may also collect information related to the pages you browse, the type of products you are interested in and other information related to your shopping choices through the use of cookies (please refer to item 6).

    Sprinkle Social may collect non-personal identification information when you interact with the Site, which may include your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address, the type of browser or computer, technical information related to your connection to the site, and other similar information.

    Sprinkle Social may use cookies on the Site in order to improve the user experience.  A cookie is a small piece of data sent from a website and stored in a user’s web browser while the user is browsing a website for record-keeping purposes.  When you return to the Site, the cookie allows the browser to notify the Site in order to customize your visit.  You may enable or disable cookies in your browser’s settings at any time.  Please note disabling cookies may make certain parts of our Site unusable or dysfunctional.

    Certain information collected from you is used within the context of providing our services to you.  Sprinkle Social will use information you provide to us to process transactions, respond to customer inquiries, etc. We will also use your information to send you marketing emails – buy only if you opt in to receive them. Sprinkle Social will look at information related to how you use the site (which pages you access, etc.) and any feedback you provide to us in order to improve the user experience on the website and customer service. 

  8. Payment Processing 
    The Site is hosted by Shopify, an e-commerce platform.  Shopify stores your data on a secure server behind a firewall. When you choose a direct checkout method, your credit card information is stored according to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (“PCI-DSS”) as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction.  After the purchase is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

    Please note your credit card and personal information will also be shared with the payment gateway(s) and e-commerce host that Sprinkle Social employs which have their own privacy policies. Sprinkle Social does not, and will never, sell, trade or rent your personal identification information.  In dealings with our business partners, advertising agencies and trusted affiliates we may share aggregated information about user demographics, but this will not include any personal identification information.

    With your express permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, services and activities and other information we believe would be of interest to you.  You may always opt out from these emails by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email or by contacting us at

    In order to protect your personal information, Sprinkle Social takes reasonable precautions and follows industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.  All credit card information received is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with an AES-256 encryption.  All PCI-DSS requirements are followed in addition to other generally accepted industry standards.  Sprinkle Social cannot guarantee that your information will not be lost or misused, but we make a committed effort to ensure that it remains protected.

    We do not collect any Sensitive Data about you. Sensitive data refers to data that includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data. We do not collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

    Where we are required to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of the contract between us and you do not provide us with that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract (for example, to deliver goods or services to you). If you don’t provide us with the requested data, we may have to cancel a product or service you have ordered but if we do, we will notify you at the time.
