You will receive a proof before your items are printed in order to confirm that all details are correct. If there is an error on our part (we do our best to ensure this never happens!), we will gladly send a corrected replacement or issue a refund.
If you are concerned that your product was damaged in the shipping process, we are happy to replace the item(s) for you within 21 days of receipt.
